| The guesthouse is a 19th century farmhouse renoveted just in the spring 2006, carefully furnished. It is situated in Verbania on Lago Maggiore, just 5 minutes walk to the town centre. It is an ideal place from which to explore the region from Milan to Canton Ticino (Switzerland).
Land of lakes and mountains with amazing options: visiting islands, botanic gardens, mountain climbing, golf, fishing, sailing and the the Valgrande National Park, place of outstanding natural beauty, the largest wilderness in Italy.
There are two apartments, centraly heated with private garden shared with the other guests.Ground floor (70 sqm), completely suited for disabled with wheelchair, first floor (60 sqm).Suitable for families with children.Parking avaiable in the property for two car, and off road parking close to the property, avaiable bicycles for excursions, table tennis, there is a laundry room with washmachine, cot and and high chair available. No smoking in the apartments.We speak english and german.
In the town and nearby there is:supermarkets, market in the town on Saturday (500 m), lake (700 m), swimmingpools (1 km), tennis (1 km), sailing club (1 km), cycle tracks, beaches (700 m).

The accommodation consists of:fully equipped kitchen/ living room including crockery, cutlery, dishwasher, microwave, electric fan oven, fridge/freezer, cooking stove, dining table;1 bedroom with divan-bed 2 places, SAT-TV;1 bedroom with double bed and en suite facilities;Bathroom with hand-basin, bidet, WC and shower suited for wheelchair. Hot water, electricity, bed linen and towels included; the apartment is direct on the garden and is totally suitable for disabled with wheelchair. Cot and and highchair available.
