Enjoy your stay in one of our 3 lovely rooms, each with private baths, queen or king beds, a sitting area, a work area with high speed wired and wireless internet, TV's with DVD players, and more! Relax in our guest parlor, which features a fireplace, piano, books, and games for your enjoyment. Or snuggle up in your room and enjoy a movie from our DVD library. Your delicious 3-course breakfast features homemade breads or muffins, fruit, hot or cold cereal, and a main course with a hot entree, perhaps lemon souffle pancakes, an omelet roll, eggs benedict, caramel french toast, or other yummy offerings. Early morning coffee will be right outside your door! In the evenings, dessert and beverages await you in the dining room. Be sure to save room for them. | Area Attractions
** Shopping:
Browse antique shops, home décor, fashion boutiques, jewelry stores, and more on and near our historic town square.
There is also much more shopping nearby, with standard stores such as Target and Wal-Mart. We will be happy to direct you.
** Museums and Archives:
Visit the Clay County Historical Museum, the Jesse James Bank Museum, and the Historic Liberty Jail, all on or near the historic town square. The Clay County Archives and Historical Society is just off the square.
** Parks:
Enjoy Stocksdale Park, with a fishing lake, or several jogging trails around the Liberty area. Visit Watkins Mill State Park just a few miles north, or Smithville Lake and the golf course just a short drive away.
** Jesse James sites:
Besides the Jesse James Bank Museum, you can visit Jesse's birthplace in nearby Kearney, MO, or where he was killed in St. Joseph, MO (a little further afield). We will be happy to provide directions and further information.
** Other sites and attractions:

Directions
|
| From I-35 and MO152, follow Liberty signs. After you pass the Liberty Junior High School, the street narrows and becomes one-way. 3 blocks past the town square is a stop sign which is Lightburne St. Turn left onto Lightburne St. At the top of the hill is a blinking yellow caution light. We are on your right, before you reach the caution light. There are two driveways just past the house, turn in the first drive and park at the back of the drive, marked with the Guest Parking sign. |
