Ideally situated in Monsummano Terme, North-West Tuscany La Casa Di Zia Lina offers a unique opportunity to Italians & International guests alike - To experience the enchanting Tuscan lifestyle that is so well reputed throughout the world, as well as the convenience of being next door and central to Tuscanys’ finest and most well known attractions.

Our recently renovated lodge consists of 7 bedrooms - 5 with ensuite bathrooms and 2 with an inter-connecting bathroom. All rooms have network TV and 3, their own private terrace. On the third floor is a large breakfast hall, where guests are treated to a selection of Italian and Continental food for colazione, as well as a separate evening dining room.
In addition to this, a Tuscan summer is one not to be underestimated, that is why we have now made available a seasonal outdoor covered dining area where you can sit and enjoy one of our authentic regional specialities or a beverage, whilst enjoying the cooling evening breeze.
For those looking to work on their tan, or even just to relax with a good book, there is also a solarium.

Our province of Pistoia is renowned for its grottos (natural cavernous thermal spas) that are now open to the public. None of which are more famous than Monsummanos’ world class Grotta Giusti. All guests of La Casa Di Zia Lina receive a 10% discount to the spas at Grotta Giusti.

At La Casa Di Zia Lina we are fluent in Italian and English and have skills in German and French.

Double Private
Room is complete with wardrobe and TV.
A private hall seperates the two rooms and a bathroom is shared between them. However, neither the rooms or the bathroom are connected in any way. This set up offers complete privacy. We have two sets of rooms like this and is perfect for small groups or family bookings.
A/C is available at extra 10 euros per night.		Room Rate
55 euros for double occ. 32.50 euros for single occ. Breakfast is included.
Double Private Ensuite
Room is complete with TV, and private bathroom.
Linen is Included.

A/C is also available for an extra 10 euros per night.		Room Rate
Double occupancy is 65 euros per night. Single occupancy bookings are 40 euros per night. Breakfast is included.

Monsummano is located approximately 45 km from Florence airport. Take the A11 motorway West and exit at Montecatini Terme. Follow the signs to Monsummano Terme.

PISA
We are approximately 50 km from Pisa Airport. Take the A11 motorway East and exit at Montecatini Terme. Follow the signs to Monsummano Terme.

We are approximately 25 km from LUCCA to the West and PRATO to the East.

PISTOIA is also only 17 km away.

BY TRAIN
The nearby Intercity train station is Montecatini Terme and is less than 3 km away. For guests with little luggage we offer a free shuttle service.
