Greenpoint is superbly situated. It borders the V&A Waterfront (great restaurants, shopping and the gateway to Robben Island), De Waterkant (the vibrant pedestrianized and popular gay area), and Seapoint with its beautiful promenade. Close by is the renowned Greenpoint stadium, the proposed venue for the 2010 Soccer World Cup. A short walk away is a host of great coffee shops (Vida E Café and Mellissas) and well known dining spots, Beluga, Mano’s etc
The studio’s are designed and furnished in a comfortable modern style. The décor is a chic and understated with fun splashes of colour (glass mosaic mirrors, faux fur throws) that compliment the predominantly white interior.
Each apartment has a king size bed, a table with 2 chairs, kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster and bar fridge, a luxurious en suite bathroom, flat screen tv with satellite, wireless internet, air-conditioning and security.

- 50% deposit required before reservation can be confirmed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- cancellations 21 days prior to arrival will result in 50% of the accommodation being charged.
- cancellations 14 days prior to arrival will result in 100% of the accommodation being charged.
