| Ruxmian Lodge is an old Cape Dutch house, build in the 1920's, and is centrally situated in the Strand, Western Cape, South Africa, on the shores of False Bay. A mere 48 km from Cape Town and 20 minutes from Cape Town International Airport. We are surrounded by the stunning Helderberg and Hottentots Holland Mountain Range. The Strand has a pristine safe beach of white sand and about 4 km long. The Lodge offers 5 tastefully furnished rooms with 3 bathrooms, one ensuite and 2 communical bathrooms and a one bedroom studio, fuly equipped kitchen and private bathroom and entrance. Facilities include a relaxed lounge, loft/TV room with DSTV, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, air conditioning in al the rooms, electronic safes, undercover entertainment and "braai" area with 2 honesty bars, secure parking.
Catering services are available on request.

Directions

| Travel along the N2 towards the Strand and Somerset West. Take the R44 Broadway Boulevard off ramp. Travel along the R44 towards the Strand, past the Somerset mal (left), and the Strand Golf coarse(right), pass 3 set of robots, and turn of right out of the Broadway Rd right into Church street. Proceed with this road till you get 7/11 Friendly Store on your right, 61A Church Street is diagonal across from the 7/11 Friendly Store. SHUTTLE SERVICE ALSO AVAILABLE FROM AND TO THE AIRPORT. |
