This Beautiful Vacation Rental is managed by the Whitegate Inn in the heart of historic Mendocino. A stay at the retreat is a step back into time to a more relaxed, less stressful life complete with a white picket fence, ocean breezes and small town friendliness. Leave your car behind and walk through the village located on the Headlands, surrounded by State Parks and the Pacific.

There are three bedrooms (a master with a queen bed, a downstains room with two twins usually made up into a king and a second upstairs bedroom with two twins) and two baths (downstairs with a tub shower combination and upstains with a large title shower) in the main house. The adjacent cottage contains another queen sized bedroom and another bath with a shower

The property has everything you need to be comfortable. It contains two separate buildings each with its own Mendocino charm, the main house and a cottage. It boasts spectacular white water ocean views from the master bedroom and elsewhere in the spacious house and includes a large landscaped yard.

The property is only three blocks from the Whitegate Inn and within easy walking distance of all the amenities Mendocino is famous for, numerous galleries, Point Cabrillo Lighthouse, Point Arena Lighthouse and Museum, unique shops, elegant dining such as Cafe Beaujolais among other restaurants, not to mention breathtaking views of the Pacific. The retreat is ideal for families and is pet friendly.

Two night minimum weekdays and three night weekend minimum stay is required during peak season, except during holidays when minimum may be longer.

Can sleep up to 8 people.
Security Deposit $300 (refundable)
$50 fee per pet (non-refundable).

The whole retreat can be yours for between $295 and $395 per night, depending on the season, plus $170 in cleaning fees and 11% tax.
