Near Rocamadour the Moulin de Fresquet is an authentic water mill built in the architectural style of the Quercy region. In the heart of a completely enclosed, park-like landscape, encompassing three hectares with terrasses, small river and private park for the car. Three rooms and one suite features private showers with separate in suite toilets, all are nosmoking and no animals permitted. Each meals consist of least five courses of traditional specialties of the Quercy-Périgord area. The cost is 24 euros per person, including fine wine. The menu changes daily

Things To Do

Located on the border of Quercy and Perigord, the Moulin de Fresquet is ideally situated in one of the most beautifull region of southwest France. On the Gramat plateau, halfway between the valley of the Lot and Dordogne, it is situated in the center of the major tourist sites. Rocamadour or the Padirac Chasm within six miles as well as Sarlat, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, many castels, grottoes, museum, gardens and medieval villages...

Directions

Go to Gramat, then follow signs trough town to RODEZ (Figeac) on road D 840, then at last roundabout (traffic circle) a small way during 940 feet that finish at Moulin de Fresquet (east end of Gramat).
