Villa Caprice has 6 bedrooms and sleeps up to 12 people. In addition there are four bathrooms as well as an outside shower. All linens and towels are supplied.
The villa has been lovingly renovated and has all modern conveniences including Satellite TV (Canal+) (4 televisions), Video, DVD, and sound system. There is a wifi internet access point available .
The kitchen and service areas are also newly renovated and come fully supplied with dishwasher, microwave, combi oven, refrigerator, etc. In addition the kitchen is fully stocked with service for 12 as well as pots, pans and utensils. You also have a smaller kitchen area in the south wing for a private late night snack!
The highlight of villa Caprice must certainly be the stunning private pool, surrounded by an elegant terrace area and mature gardens. Fully supplied with outdoor lounge furniture, cushions and parasols the large swimming pool will surely be the center of you summer vacation!
In addition, to the pool, there are 2 separate outdoor terrace areas, fully furnished with tables and chairs for those moments when you want to escape the sun! A special feature of the spacious outdoor lounge area is a large private bar for your enjoyment and located within an easy distance for refreshments whilst lounging by the pool! An outdoor built-in barbecue is also located by the pool area for your enjoyment.
Villa Caprice has a wonderful design for a big family or friends on holiday together. With 2 wings that meet in the large center lounge area, There is an abundance of space that allows for privacy, if needed. Both wings have their own private terrace area with 4 bedrooms being situated on one side on the spacious lounge area and the other 2 bedrooms (One of which is a family bedroom) in their own wing.
Located just 5 minutes from the famous beaches of the Costa del Sol, Villa Caprice is nestled, in the chic neighbourhood of Nagueles. This villa offers complete privacy and serenity while also being within easy distance of the famous Marbella Club, the yacht harbours of Puerto Banus and the trendy shopping areas that delight the rich and famous!
The area offers special activities for children such as water and amusement parks and you are within easy driving distance of the famous city of Granada (2 hours) Malaga (45 minutes), and or Gibraltar (3 hours) should you feel adventurous.
Winter is a special treat in Spain and Marbella is on the doorstep of the famous Sierra Nevada mountains. Offering some fabulous skiing opportunities within a 2 hour drive. There are lots of golf facilities in the immediate neighborhood.
Villa Caprice is owned by internationally renowned writer and personality Xaviera Hollander and through her experience in running her successful Bed & Breakfast in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, she once again has done her utmost to make her villa in Marbella as welcoming as possible.
