Property Description

 
Our B&B lies in the center of the medieval Bourg of Montecarlo. In a warm and friendly atmosphere, you'll find cosy rooms which take the name of flowers. The Antica Casa is a small Inn, into a building of sixteen century, restored like tuscan style, with wooden-beams ceiling and brickwork floors.
Manager of the Antica Casa is the PepeRosa Cooperative, three women, three friends: Antonella, Marta e Miriam, who took the Inn over on 8th March 2003!
In our Inn you'll enjoy our genuine and delightful breakfast, with home-made jams and cakes: we're serving it around the fire-place in winter, and in the little patio in front of the house in summertime.
In the evening you can taste the good wine of Montecarlo.

Things To Do

Visit the fortness of Montecarlo and the theatre of the 17th century; there are a lot of good restaurants in the village. You can visit one of the wine-factories and drive on the "strada del vino" to Lucca. Lucca is only 18 km far. by train you arrive to Florence in 1 hour Pisa is only 40 minutes by car.
