| Holidays in the memorial - stay with a Dresden family
We invite you to spend your visit to Dresden in the neo-renaissance villa, built in 1893 for the grand opera singer Therese Malten. There are available 12 beds in 5 newly renovated guest rooms and an apartment with attached bathrooms and a guest kitchen. We will be happy to serve you a rich breakfast in the mornings of your holidays. You can spend the night of an eventful day on the balcony or in the big garden, where you can enjoy the views of the river Elbe and the Pillnitz castle. During the cold seasons you can let the day fade away in front of the fireplace. |

Things To Do
|
| Dresden is known for its sights, its cultural offers and the attraction of the area. The Therese-Malten-Villa is located in Dresden-Kleinzschachwitz. From the house and the garden you have a wonderful view to the river Elbe and castle Pillnitz at the other side of the river Elbe. Via tram you can reach the town centre in half an hour. Likewise good access to the station and the airport. The bicycle path that proceeds next to the house, invites you to an excursion to Meißen, Pirna and into the Saxon Switzerland. Outdoor swimming pool, horse ranch and restaurants are in the near surrounding. However, you should also enjoy the silence and the sweet idleness in our garden.

Directions

| How to come to us: from the new Highway A 17 it are 7 km to our house. From the airport or train station you can reach our house with the streetcar/tram line and the bus. From our house it takes approximately 25 minutes to the center of Dresden with the streetcar. If you want to cycle along the beautiful Elbe cyclepath it are 12 km to the old city. Also Pirna (old town) and the Saxon Switzerland are only 6 km away. Make sure not to miss a tour on the Elbe with one of the historic paddle-steamers!
Free parking spots are available on the property. At request there is a garage and a bike rental.
