| Autobahn A1, Exit: Dibbersen. Go thru Buchholz. Look for Buchhholzer Landstrasse. On the intersection in Holm-Seppensen turn right into Lohbergenweg. Eichenweg is a smal road on the left.
From Hamburg Airport: Go to Mainstation (Hauptbahnhof), take the "Metronom"-train to Bremen. Get off on the second stop: Buchholz.
Take the train from plattform 11. Get off on second stop: Holm-Seppensen. Pick-up from train station Holm-Seppensen on request.
Taxi from Buchholz to "Zwei Eichen" (Eichenweg) approx. €12,-. |
