We offer two rooms: the lower level Rose Cottage Ste. with King bed, full private bathroom, family room with 35" TV/DVD, games, books, puzzles; can sleep up to 5 max. We also have a new playpen for those traveling with infants. (Please call to discuss children before booking). There is a pull-out sofa bed and twin bed. Guests have the use of a frig, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, dishes and coffeemaker.

We serve up a full hearty breakfast each morning on our rear stone patio under a canopy of grapevines and wisteria. We offer premium bed linens/towels, luxurious bathrobes, unlimited free bottled water, juice, pop, coffee, tea, home-baked muffins and in-season fresh fruit. Enjoy a glass of Okanagan wine daily courtesy of your hosts!

| Coming from Lower Mainland via Manning Park – Princeton – Keremeos
Follow Highway 3 as you descend into Osoyoos you will come to the intersection of Hwy 3 and Hwy 97 – stay in the right land and turn Right onto Hwy 97 South. You will drive by Buy-Low Store, RCMP and homes passing the Boundary Motel – at the top of the hill turn Left onto 74th Avenue (there is a NAPA Auto Parts store to the right). The second street is Nighthawk Drive – turn Right and I am the 6th house down on the RH side of the street from the corner. Look for the White Rose Arbor with my sign in the front yard. There is designated parking for 2 cars on the gravel immediately in front of the house or the paved driveway closest to the front door. The Town of Osoyoos prohibits on-street parking for B+B’s.
