Ideally located between LA ROCHELLE and BORDEAUX, at the tip of Arvert Peninsula, this lovely Belle Epoque Villa newly renovated is set in the picturesque beach resort of Ronce les Bains on the Atlantic coast. Quiet, yet centrally located amongst pine trees, our historic villa is 100 meters to the sea, walking distance to downtown caffes and restaurants.
We reserved the top floor as your private suite with ensuite facilities and a pretty view on Oleron Island. Plenty of light, space and soft colours accent the walls featuring original photographs from the area. WiFi internet access, TV, mature secluded garden, private parking, bikes. Relaxing massages upon reservation.
You will enjoy our gourmet french breakfast with delicious baguette, homemade croissant and treats with an accent on organic, fresh local farmers products served daily in the garden weather permitting.
Please note that Le Jardin de Leontine is not suitable for kiddies (under 7).

This tranquil and unspoilt region of Charente Maritime is blessed with long, warm summers and beautiful mid seasons and offers lots of interesting places to visit and activities to do. A few minutes drive to the famous La Palmyre Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Oléron island, golf course... 25 mn drive to la Rochelle, Cognac and Bordeaux Région, Saintes.
