The Palms is a 1930 We have lovely en-suite rooms with comfy beds hospitality trays and T.V.s in the rooms. Antique furniture and shower and baths in the rooms.
We are a short walk to town and an even shorter walk to the seafront and beaches. Vegetarians can be catered for, we regret we cannot take children under the age of 12. We are non smoking, all the better to enjoy the lovely sea air...

Things To Do

We are right on the Coastal path so many lovely walks right outside the door. Castle is a stroll away as is the town with its Maritime Museum. Many very good restaurants. and from the pier there are lots of boat trips to take, St Mawes, Flushing up the Helford River, boat trips to see the Dolphins and seals. The Minnack Theatre is about 40mins away as is the Eden project and the Isles of Scilly can be done in the day. Trebah and Glendurgan gardens are close by.

		Room 4 Small twin room with private bathroom /shower room down the hall. TV and hospitality tray in room. sometimes used as a single.	Room Rate £25 per person for 2 sharing. £35 - £40 as a single including breakfast

Directions

Approaching Falmouth on the A39 follow the brown tourist signs to the Castle, seafront and beaches and Docks. at the end of Mellvile road at the roundabout outside the Falmouth Hotel turn right up the hill a short way and the Palms Guest house is right in front of you at the beginning of Castle Drive. If coming by train the branch line from Truro to Falmouth stay on the train until the last station Falmouth Docks we are a short 2 min walk from there
