The blue bedroom has twin beds that can be arranged as a wide double if you prefer. There are windows to south and west. The south windows look over neighbouring gardens, while the west window looks over woodland. This bedroom is usually offered with en-suite bathroom, but can be arranged for family use with the bathroom shared with the red bedroom if another family member or friend is staying too. | Room Rate
For one night with en suite bathroom we charge £37 (€54 or $74) per person, with a single occupancy supplement of £12 (€18 or $24), so for two people the en suite room rate is £74 (€109 or $148), and for one person £49 (€72 or $98). If sharing the bathroom the rate drops to £32 (€47 or $64) per person. Then we give a 5% discount for stays longer than two nights . |

The double bedroom has west windows catching the evening sun. It has a view over the garden and neighbouring trees. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room with modern walk-in shower, two heated towel rails, toilet and wash basin. | Room Rate

The red bedroom has one single bed. It has windows to north and east. The east window catches the morning sun and in winter has glimpses of Southampton Water. The north window looks onto a woodland garden. The bathroom is next door, and may be arranged as a private bathroom or may be shared with the blue bedroom if a family is staying. | Room Rate
