| This charming mews cottage with period features is tucked away in a quiet conservation area in the heart of central Edinburgh, only a short stroll from the East end of Princes Street. It is the ideal base for city centre shopping, with theatres, the Scottish Parliament and Holyrood Palace all only a short distance away on foot.
It offers spacious and comfortable accommodation for 1 - 2 people comprising one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living room with dining area , large kitchen and separate WC compartment.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob and fridge freezer. Duvets, pillows, sheets, blankets and towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis. Z-beds, cots and high chairs are provided on request.
To ensure an enjoyable and relaxing stay, the apartment is fully equipped with favourite home comforts such as large screen digital television and DVD/CD player. Pre-paid mobile phone, additional linen change and cleaning, restaurant, theatre and event bookings, grocery deliveries and airport /station pick ups, can also be arranged on request at extra cost.

| The Calton Hill apartment is ideally situated in a central location close to many popular visitor attractions such as Dynamic Earth, the Royal Mile with it's famous Witchery Tours, Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace, The Grassmarket, the Commonwealth Pool, Chamber St Museum, the Museum of Scotland, the Museum of Childhood and Princes Street.
Edinburgh is an exciting place to visit at any time with an amazing variety of events running throughout the year. With the summer approaching, the city is preparing for its 60th annual International Festival from 10th August - 2nd September, the International Book Festival from 11th - 27th August, ‘the world’s largest celebration of the written word’, and the Festival Fringe, the ‘world’s largest arts festival’, which runs from 5th - 27th August.
