| Interstate 64 to Interstate 264 east to Virginia Beach. I-264 ends in a one-way residential street called 21st Street. Take 5th right onto Arctic Avenue. Travel 5 blocks south to the intersection of Arctic Avenue and 16th Street and see Barclay Cottage on the southwest corner. Cross 16th Street and pull into parking lot right off Arctic Avenue. |
