Directions

| BY ROAD; From the M1, exit at Junction 29 and take the A617 towards Chesterfield. After approximately 2 miles, take the first exit, signed to HASLAND. Turn Left at the top of the slip road, then take the first Right after about 200m, again to Hasland. Hornbeam House os approximately 3/4 mile/1 km on the right hand side, before the roundabout. From Chesterfield, follow signs toward M1 onto the A617 at the junction with the A61. Go under the railway bridge and take the first exit, signed to HASLAND. At the top of the slip road, turn Right and follow this road thorugh Hasland, counting roundabouts as you go. At the 3rd roundabout, with the WINSICK ARMS pub on your right, go straight over and Hornbeam House is about 400m on the left.
BY RAIL Take the train to CHESTERFIELD and take a taxi, asking the driver for Mansfield Road, just past the Winsick Arms - the cab fare should be around £5-£8, depending on you luggage. |
