| Built in 1930, our stately historic home overlooks the West River, with its formal gardens, stately trees and two fountains, it the perfect location for relaxation. Our guest rooms are large and beautifully appointed with queen beds, private baths, LCD TVs w/DVD, and A/C. Many have fireplaces. Our cottage has a living room w/fireplace, bedroom, kitchen and bath. A full 2 Course Gourmet Breakfast is included. The beautiful back yard overlooks the West River and has direct trails to a Wildlife Sanctuary, yet we are just a short 3 block walk into downtown Brattleboro. Our cozy pub offers fine wines and beers. Free WiFi. |

Things To Do
|
| There is so much to see and do in Brattleboro. We were named one of the top 10 small art towns in America. Plenty of galleries, shops, restaurants, brewpubs, wine bars, etc can be found just a few blocks from our B&B. There is also a wide range of outdoor activities available, from Hiking, Biking, Canoeing and Kayaking in the warm months, to Cross Country Skiing, Downhill Skiing, Ice Skating and Ice Fishing in the colder months. |

The Blue Room is located in the front of the house, and sleeps 2 or 3 people. There is a love seat that opens into a twin bed. The room gets morning sun and has a front view of Mt. Wantastiquet.

The Cottage is located just a few steps from the main house, is completely private, has its own kitchen and easily sleeps 4to 6 people. There are 3 rooms, a Living Room, Master Suite and a Kitchen.
The Cottage has a modern private bath with unique ship port windows. The Cottage is decorated in a contemporary but comfortable style and is well suited for either a romantic getaway or a family or group to share. There is a beautiful fireplace in the living room. | Room Rate

The Garden Room is located in the back of the house, and sleeps 2 people. The room is West facing and overlooks the backyard fountain, gardens and the West River. The Garden Room has a gas log fireplace.

The Ripley Suite is located in the rear of the house. It was originally the master suite for the owner of the home, Charles Ripley. The Suite has a large bedroom with beautiful windows overlooking the rear grounds and West River. There is also a sitting room with a gas log fireplace and a front and back view. The suite can comfortably sleep up to 4 people.
