It is listed in the National Register. Georgian columns frame the two-story front porch and masonry balconies grace the third floor while stained-glass windows, ornate plaster ceiling relief and moldings, carved wood doors, clawfoot tubs and Tiffany chandeliers adorn the interior. Gather for hors d’oeuvre in the Front Parlour or sit by the fire in the Asian Parlour. The Music Room boasts a baby grand piano and gilded furniture. Relax in the sunroom or on the veranda with landscaped ribbon gardens. Handle work-related activities in the business center. Stay in an amenity-rich guest suite and savor a gourmet breakfast in the formal dining room.

The Fensterer-Davis Suite
This suite, which is the largest suite in the Bed and Breakfast, has stunning red walls and is decorated in red and gold. It has a queen-sized flame mahogany bedroom set from the early 1900’s and has a beautiful connecting sitting room with a Victorian sofa, chairs, and a desk. The sitting room also showcases a ‘wall of art’ featuring a collection of period-style paintings in gold-gilded frames. A television is also hidden in the original steamer trunk closet above the large dressing closet. Both the sitting room and bedroom have ornately carved fireplaces. The sitting room fireplace is a working fireplace. This suite has its own private bathroom with a claw foot tub that is original to the house and a separate shower stall that was considered to be a modern convenience in its day. Also unique to this suite is a private balcony overlooking historic West Grace Street. Sip your complimentary bottle of wine or enjoy an early morning cup of coffee on your own private terrace.

The Shortt Suite
This suite has gold walls and is decorated in a blue and gold color scheme. It has a queen-sized bedroom set with a custom headboard draped with blue sheers hanging from a bed crown. It also has a claw foot lady’s dresser which can be used as a desk for business travelers. It conveniently connects to a private sitting room with a comfortable sofa and overstuffed chair, as well as a television. This suite has a small, modern, private bathroom with a shower. This suite is dedicated to Tom and Patty Shortt, who lovingly restored this home to its original grandeur.

The Zimmermann Suite
This suite has pale pink walls and is decorated in sage green and pink. It has a queen-sized cherry bedroom set with French antique night stands adorning each side of the bed, as well as a small French desk and two carved antique rosewood chairs. An ornately carved cornice hangs on the wall behind the bed and is decorated with rich, flowing fabric. The sitting room has a large French desk with a leather top and a sage green tub chair with French antique end tables adorning each side of it. A television is hidden in the chifforobe directly across from it. This suite has a private bathroom with a claw foot tub that is original to the house and a newly added shower ring. Its large windows provide a stunning view of West Grace Street. This suite is dedicated to William and Louise Zimmermann who originally dreamed up this magnificent home.
