The Beech Tree is a 4 Star silver award 'Visit Britain' Rated Guesthouse ideally situated within St Austell town centre and is only a 2 min walk from both the train & Bus/Coach stations, ideal for the Eden & Heligan buses.
Within easy reach are the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Charlestown with its tall ships & maritime museum, the traditional fishing village of Mevagissey, with its narrow streets & picturesque houses and Fowey (former home of Daphne du Maurier). Also nearby is the Cathedral town of Truro with its georgian architeture & fine shopping.
The beaches of Pentewen, Porthpean & Carlyon bay are also close by & afford clean beaches & safe swimming.
We offer twin or double rooms which are all fully ensuite, centrally heated & furnished to a high standard.

All rooms are on ground level, therefore being ideal for people with mobility problems.
