| Fairhall was built in the colonial villa style around 1900. The house has been completely refurbished and all the rooms are spacious with high ceilings providing an airy modern yet relaxing atmosphere. The house is set in six acres that include lawns and olive and almond groves. There is garaged parking and covered parking next to the ramp for greater accessibility. The three-ensuite rooms and the lounge has each been sponsored by one of Hawke's Bay's iconic independent wineries. |

| Visit the largest mainland Gannet Colony in the Southern Hemisphere at Cape Kidnappers, overland safari or by tractor and trailer along the beach.
Take the informative and interesting guided Art-Deco walk or pick up the self guide map at the Art-Deco shop.
Visit 30 wineries and enjoy tasting the delicious Hawke's Bay wines - we can arrange for you to be collected from Fairhall and returned - no driving for you.
Fish for trout in the Tuki Tuki River - or surfcast off the Haumoana / Te Awanga beach - or a boat charter into the Bay.
Horse ride at Waimarama beach.
For foodies - Arataki Honey, Ross Munro Ice Cream, the Farmers' Market, Silky Oak Chocolate are not to be missed.
Enjoy the cafe culture in Havelock North, Napier and Hastings.
Experience our wonderful restaurants - we strongly recommend Clearview and Brookfields winery restaurants for a scrumptious lunch! Terroir at Craggy Range is a dining encounter that should not be missed.

The Clearview Estate Suite is fully accessible. The queen bedded suite has traditional decor that echoes Clearview winery's stability and quality. The suite has its own sitting room, with comfortable armchairs, magazines, a TV & VCR. The French doors open onto a shaded North facing deck from where you can just sit and relax and admire the view over the gardens to the neighbouring vineyards. Directions

| Take State Highway 2 (SH2) to Clive, turn into Mill Road. Follow Mill Road through the junction with Richmond Road until the roundabout with Lawn Road. Straight across at roundabout. Continue over bridge and follw the road as it bears to the left (Tuki Tuki Road is on your right). Fairhall is on the right just before the road bears around to the right. It is signposted. |
