Brannan Cottage Inn
| This charming Victorian Wine Country Cottage B&B (National Register of Historic Places) was built in 1860 by Samuel Brannan, Calistoga's founder. Distinguished by its unique and historical architecture, the Inn features a wraparound porch, ornamental gardens and lawn areas, four one-bedroom units and two mini-suites, several with fireplaces. We offer a full breakfast and a Friday evening "wine and cheese hour" with representatives from local wineries pouring their finest selections. We are five minutes walking distance to Calistoga's popular restaurants, spas, and shops. Off-street parking is available. |

Things To Do
| We are surrounded by the beauty of the Napa Valley and the hillsides bounding it on the west and northeast. We have over 20 wineries within a three mile radius of the Inn (3 within walking distance). Two significant "natural wonders"--Old Faithful Geyser of California and the Petrified Forest of California--are within a short (less than 5 miles) drive. Hiking and biking sites abound--2 state parks nearby and several miles of marked bike routes in and around Calistoga. The health benefits of our world renowned mineral waters and mud baths await you at the many spas within walking distance. Dining (approximately 20 restaurants) and shopping await in downtown Calistoga (a few blocks away). Tennis courts, handball courts and athletic fields within one block. Our guests have free access to the swimming pool and mineral baths at one of our local spas. Ballooning and wine tours are available. |
