| Amazing Wollumbin Palms Retreat is a luxury couples romantic retreat which has been created on our 80 acre rainforest property at the base of magical Mt Warning in Northern New South Wales. It is the only luxury accommodation within 10kms of Mt Warning, and the only one with views to the mountain.
All 3 of our incredible lodges are for couples who want the best of everything in a totally secluded part of our property - each lodge is over 1/3 km from each other.
Kings Lodge is crafted around a pair of 300 yr old Javanese hand carved teak prayer rooms from a palace, there are many carvings and details to keep you wondering for hours. This is a very special lodge, and it overlooks it's own lake surrounded by palms. Stunning.
Altwood Lodge is set on top of a hill looking straight to Mt Warning, has full glass front & rear walls, so is very light, but is 'cave like' in appearance. Again, many small creative details to discover, and exquisite fittings & fixtures. Truly a delight!
And lastly, our beautiful rainforest lodge, Sir Joseph Banks. Fashioned from 8 different rainforest timbers, the wood aroma is lovely. 12 sided with self-supporting roof, hand made king bed, double shower heads, bidet, outside hot & cold shower, spa on balcony looking straight into the forest, romance abound. This is a fantastic lodge for honeymoons.
All lodges feature outside double spas with fantastic views, double showers inside and outside, kitchen and BBQ facilities, espresso coffee machines & selection of teas, TV/DVD/CD/Austar, soft bath robes, afternoon tea on arrival and complimentary continental and cooked breakfast hampers, and wonderful small details to make your stay perfect. All have their own driveways and carports.
We can cook you a wonderful evening meal, or arrange a relaxing massage, horseriding or canoeing, or we can leave you alone to just be at peace in the forest.
This Luxury Retreat has won many prestigious awards which include Most Outstanding Property in NSW, Best Unique Accommodation and Best Eco Accommodation.

| Many lovely cafes, restaurants and galleries are nearby. Or you could climb Mt Warning, brevit around the local markets, drive to the coast which is very close by, or sit in the spa with a glass of champagne.
Enjoy a fabulous pamper treatment in your lodge (massages & spa treatments), or we can arrange horseriding and canoeing in the hills for you. |

Directions
|
| From Brisbane Airport: travel South on the Pacific Highway through the Gold Coast, over the NSW border and take the Murwillumbah turnoff. Once in Murwillumbah, follow the Tourist Route 32 signs to Mt Warning Rd. We are 1km along the Mt Warning Rd, you will see our sign. Come up to the top of the driveway and we will take you to your lodge. |
