| This historic bed & breakfast is located on 3 quiet, off-highway acres north of Stowe. We have 4 rooms with private en-suite baths & 2 one-room suites with fireplaces, whirlpool tubs, & butlers kitchens. All rooms have AC & heat control, robes, & CD players. Outside are gardens, a large deck, and 2 covered porches, one with lovely views of the Green Mountains. Inside, our living room has a wood stove in cooler months and our sunny parlor has a game table, a TV, and videos. Each morning enjoy a full hot breakfast at a time convenient to you. Near Stowe, Smugglers' Notch, and the Northeast Kingdom, providing plenty to do, summer or winter. Come and experience the tranquility of our 18th century Vermont home. |

Things To Do
|
| In the winter, ski Stowe Mountain, Smugglers' Notch Resort, or Jay Peak. Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing is as close as 2 miles on our Cricket Hill Trails, or head to Trapp Family Lodge, Craftsbury Outdoor Center, Hazens Notch, or the Catamount Trail. Sleigh Rides, ice skating are also available locally.
In summer you can hike on the Long Trail, climb Mt. Mansfield, Elmore Mountain, Hunger Mountain and Stowe Pinnacle. Canoe or kayak on the Lamoille River, or fly fish. Horseback riding through the mountains is also available, and some stables operate in winter as well! There are also carriage rides. Take a driving tour of our covered bridges and a ride through Smugglers' Notch.
Year-round you can visit Stowe Village & Jeffersonville with their shops and art galleries. A large number of antique shops are yours to browse, and a number of local artists and artisans also have shops. Quilt & needlepoint shops are also in the area.

Directions

| From I-89 coming north or out of Burlington, take Exit 10 (VT Rte 100, Waterbury/Stowe) and follow VT Rte 100 north through Morrisville. Turn left at the traffic light (intersection with VT Rte 15) and follow VT Rte 100/15 approximately 2 miles. Turn right on Fitch Hill Road. The inn is ¼ mile up the road on the right.
From I-89 coming south from Canada, take Exit 18 and follow US 7 south to VT Rte 104A. Follow VT Rte 104A to VT Rte 104, then follow VT Rte 104 to VT Rte 15 East through Jeffersonville and Johnson and the flashing yellow light where VT Rte 100 turns north. Turn left at the next road (Fitch Hill Road). The inn is ¼ mile up the road on the right.
