4 star holiday house in Long Beach. 30mt from the beach across the backyard. 6 person outdoor spa. 106cm LCD TV with surround sound and 140 DVDs. Good views upstairs, open plan living, deck & stainless steel BBQ. 7 mins to Batemans Bay. No pets. Sleeps 8 adults + 1 baby-portacot, high chair, play pen etc.
Sandcastle has high quality furnishings & a gourmet kitchen with everything that opens and shuts. It features an open plan living area upstairs which is tastefully decorated in nautical themes along with an airconditioner and gas heater for your added comfort. "as good as it gets..." Downstairs has 3 bedrooms. Two with queen size beds and the third with a trilogy bed (double bed with a single bunk above) plus a single fold out bed. The main bedroom has an ensuite plus there is a separate full bathroom downstairs. Each bedroom has its own pedestal fan and oil heater. There is an extra toilet upstairs as well.

Enjoy BBQs on the sunny deck with good ocean views. Note view from deck is water & trees as in the photo. The beach is just across your backyard with some great fishing spots. If you want surf you will be disappointed, Long Beach is a safe family beach.

For BABIES there is a portacot, playpen, high chair & baby bath with stand and a baby gate that can be installed at the top of the stairs.

Tariffs
Make any booking 3 months in advance & receive free linen hire, but if you make a 7+day booking 3 months in advance you receive free gift vouchers for $15 per person (up to 8) for "AUSSIE PANCAKES".
2 nights:
$700 (Public holidays & School Holidays $800)
Extra nights are calculated on the weekly rate divided by 7 depending on time of year
Weekly Rates:
Christmas week & week after $2500
January & December $2000
November & February Easter School Holidays $1800
March April, September & October $1500
May - August $1200
Linen hire is available but not included - $20.00 per person, or free if booked three months in advance.
Check in after 2pm, check out by 10am, or by arrangement.
