| Rocky Mountain Escape offers private, hand-crafted log cabin accommodation and a variety of year-round, nature-oriented activities such as hiking, horseback riding, canoeing, whitewater rafting, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. The 'Escape cabins are nestled amongst the front ranges of the Canadian Rockies, adjacent to Jasper National Park and vast, undeveloped Willmore Wilderness. We cater to folks looking for a quiet, scenic, non-touristy spot from which to enjoy our mountain environment. |

We currently have three private, hand-crafted log guest cabins at the 'Escape. Each cabin is 480 sq ft with an open design (only the bathroom is enclosed), and visually isolated in order to enhance guest privacy. | Room Rate
Peak-season (June 1 to October 1): $125 (Cdn funds) per adult per night based on double occupancy; includes your private cabin accommodation, all meals, guided interpretive day hikes and transportation to and from trailheads. Rates for additional adults or children >5 years of age in the same cabin are half-priced.
Off-season (October 1 to June 1): $100 per adult per night based on double occupancy; includes your private cabin accommodation, all meals, guided x-country ski or snowshoe (skiis and snowshoes provided at no charge) and transportation to and from trailheads. Rates for additional adults or children >5 years of age in the same cabin are half-priced. |

Directions

| From Hinton, Alberta, take Highway 40 North towards Grande Cache for approximately 40 km to the Willmore Wilderness/Rock Lake Road. Follow the main Rock Lake Road for 26.5 km to the Rocky Mountain Escape trailhead. Follow the trail 3 km to the end - and you're here! A detailed map is supplied upon booking, and 'Escape transportation is strongly recommended during our snow season. |
