Property Description

Vineyard View is a free-standing, 3 bedroom(all ensuite) holiday house on the spectacular Erinvale Golf Estate (twice host to the SAA Open!). The house has a small private garden and plunge pool and superb views to the Hottentots Holland mountains. The house is very well equipped with full kitchen with all the necessary appliances, including laundry.
The dining and living area is open-plan with patios on either side of the house to take full advantage of the wonderful South African weather. The living areas are air-contioned and all the bedrooms have remote controlled ceiling fans.
The main bedroom has a kingsize bed and full bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and a bath, basin and toilet en-suite. The third bedroom has a double bed and a shower, basin and toilet en-suite.
All linen and towel are supplied.(with exception of beach towels.) The house is serviced twice weekly and daily service is available at a nominal rate. Regret, this house is not suitable for children under 10 years. Please check availability on our website - updated regularly.

Things To Do

Erinvale Estate is nestled at the foot of the Helderberg (Clear Mountain), and its all about GOLF!! The Erinvale golf course has twice hosted the SAA Open and is a challenging and beautiful course to play. In addition there are about 10 other golf courses within a 30 min drive. For non-golfers there is walking in the Helderberg Nature reserve, Tennis (On the Estate), the beach (12 Min away), shopping (10min- Somerset Mall), Cape Town with its' many tourist attractions (30 Min) and Whale watching in nearby Hermanus (45min). Wine tasting and dining are superb in the area and foodies will be spoilt for choice. There are also two world-class Spas within easy striking distance, in Stellenbosch and Hermanus.

		3-bedroom house All 3 bedrooms have remote-controlled ceiling fans and plenty of cupboards.The main bedroom has a kingsize bed, full bathroom with sep shower; a hairdryer and safe are supplied. @nd bedroom has twin beds and 3rd bedroom has a double bed.	Room Rate From R850 to R1300 per day for the whole unit, sleeping up to 6 persons. Regret, no children under 10yrs. Rates vary according to season.

Directions

From Cape Town Int. Airport, take the N2, direction Somerset West. Take Exit 43, direction Stellenbosch. At the first traffic lights turn Right into Main Rd. Proceed through the village until you reach the intersection of Lourensford and Main Rd.
Turn left into Lourensford Rd and proceed until you see Erinvale Estate on your left. (Opposite entrance to Vergelegen Estate). Report to the security gate where you will be signed in and directed to the Estate Letting Office.
