| The house, around 2500 square feet of living space, is adequate for 14 people. The furnishings are very welcoming and comfortable. The ground floor with the guest room is suitable for wheelchairs.
A spacious and well-equipped dining kitchen is used by all our guests and allows self-catering. The cosy living room with a large fireplace and a gallery is also excellently suited for seminars (max. 16 participants).
Video and stereo equipment is provided.
A large garden (2000 square feet) with a barbecue area, a place for playing "boules" and patios are attached to the house.
«Les Deux Moulins» is open from April to October to single persons, families and groups. The entire house can be rent out of this time after inquire. Stays are pleasant even in the cold season: the guesthouse is well insulated and fitted with central heating. It is possible to rent the entired house all over the year.
We rent 5 rooms (2-4 pers.) with seperate bathroom/wc balcony or terrace.
Use of the spacious dining kitchen and the living room is also included.

Explore the castles of the Cathar country framed by the spectacular natural scenery, or the medieval town of Carcassonne with its fascinating middle-age castle, the «Cité», Roman abbeys or flamingos, which populate the inland lakes on The remarkable local towns and villages with their markets and museums. (Narbonne, Mirepoix, Fanjeaux, Castelnaudary, Chalabre, Limoux, Esperaza)
Or visit:
· The ravines and grottos and the thermes. (Georges de Calamus, Georges St. Georges, Grottes Limousis, Alet les Bains, Rennes les Baines)
· The various local wine co-operatives and restaurants.
You can easily sail a boat along the Canal du Midi or go for walks or cycle trips in the shade of century-old trees on its banks.
The wide beaches of the Mediterranean are an hour’s drive away by car, as are the colossal ravines of the Pyrenees and their usually snow-topped peaks 50 miles away.

| The guesthouse «Les Deux Moulins» (The Two Windmills) is located in southern France at 80 km in teh west of the Mediterranean Sea in the vicinity of the famous town of Carcassonne (16 miles), between the picturesque town of Limoux (6 miles) and Castelnaudary/Canal du Midi (19 miles).
