Property Description

 
The Colony is an immaculately restored and appointed 6 bedroom, Victorian villa which is located in the heart of Cape Town and offers magnificient views of Table Mountain and the City.
The Table Mountain Cable Car and the beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton are all within a 10 minutes drive.
The Colony can accommodate up to 12 people in six bedrooms en-suite, 4 with spa baths and showers and two with shower. The spacious lounge is tastefully furnished contains an entertainment area with satellite TV, DVD player, Hifi System and a fireplace. The dinning room with fireplace and direct access to the terrace, has a large antique wooden table and can seat 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all conviences and also has a direct terrace access. The rental price does include a housekeepeing service 5 times a week, additional days are available on request. We also offer a breakfast service on request. The villa is ideal for film crews and corporate guests, as well as a holiday home.

Villa
The luxury selfcatering villa has 6 bedroom all with ensuite bathrooms. Four of the bathrooms have a spa bath and a shower, two bathrooms have a shower only. The spacious bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, fans or aircon. Four bedrooms have a private balcony or patio. 		Room Rate
The villa can be booked per room from R 550,- t0 R 950,- or as selfcatering villa from R 2.800,- to R 3.800,- per night. On request we offer breakfast at R 45,- per person.

Directions

From Cape Town International Airport drive N2 in direction City. The N2 leads into Buitengracht. Follow Buitengracht in direction Table Mountain, Buitengracht leads into Kloof Nek Road. Drive down Kloof Nek Road and turn right into Milner Road. Drive up Milner Road and turn into Brownlow Road, the 4th street on the left. House no. 12 is the 5th house on the right side of the road.
