Sidmouth, Exmouth and the south coast are 7miles. Westpoint Cenre is 5 miles. Exeter Airport is 4miles. Exeter and the sowton buisness park 6 miles. The Dartmoor national park is 30 mins drive .

Directions

From M5 J29 travel east towards Honiton A30. Take the Ottery St. Mary exit and the B3180 towards Exmouth off the second roundabout. Go 200 yards and turn right to Allercombe. Go 1 mile until you reach Allercombe crossroads ( a triangle of grass in the middle!) Turn right and the farm entrance is 50 yards on the right.
