You can watch the ocean activity: ferries, freighters, cruise ships, and wild life, whales, and bald eagles, if you have “the eye”! Relax in the hot tub, at sunset or by moonlight, on the ocean-view deck. Additionally available with appointment in advance, (in house for fee) an infrared cleansing sauna treatment, massages, manicure and/or pedicure; child care can be arranged.

There are water view windows that invite the ocean breeze, a King size bed, two single beds, and children's futon nook, with luxurious "down-like" bedding.
The South Pacific Room is designed for those seeking spaciousness, or for families or parties of more than two.

| From Victoria Inner Harbour Area (Empress Hotel, Victoria Clipper Ferry and Port Angeles/Coho/Black Ball Ferry:
Take "Government Street" (in front of the Empress Hotel). Turn left onto "Wharf Street", turn left over "Johnson St Bridge", (the big blue drawbridge) after crossing the Bridge Johnson st changes its name to Esquimalt Rd. Continue on Esqumalt Rd for approximately 3 miles to intersection (traffic light) of Esquimalt Rd and Admirals Rd. 7-11 on right and Tudor House Pub on left. Continue on Esquimalt Rd 6 blocks to "Grafton Street".Turn Left on Grafton St. Go to the bottom of Grafton St, untill you see the ”Denniston Park” sign. Denniston by The Sea is the English Tudor Style home at the top of the hill on the left, overlooking the water. Drive up right side of the double driveway; make a sharp left, park next to home, if there is one of the two spots available. If not, please park at the bottom of the driveway - only two vehicles can park next to our home.
