| Finca Margarita is a Rustic Spanish farmhouse set in 22 acres of it own valley in the hills over looking the river Ebro.
The finca has 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) with an additional double and single sofa beds.Downstairs is the WC and wet room,kitchen dining area with cooker,fridge freezer and microwave oven,satelite TV,CD player and open log fire.
Outside there is a large,semi shaded terraced area with dining table,chairs,sunloungers and a large BBQ.The terrace offers views down to the Ebro valley,the Els Port mountains and National park beyond. |

Things To Do
|
| The unspoilt beaches of the Costa Dorada and Ebro delta are a 30 minute drive whilst the river Ebro itself is a 5 minute drive, the walk however will take about 30 minutes and will take you through peach, orange, cherry and clementine plantations.
Fishing on the River Ebro is popular for all the main course fish species aswell as the famous Wels Catfish.We can recommend a local guide who supplies the boats,rods and bait plus a wealth of local knowledge.
The Ebro delta is famous with bird spotters and is home to approximately 60% of Europes flamingoes not tomention countless other species.Hawks,eagles and vultures can be seen in the nearby mountains and ospreys frequent the river.
The caves at Benifallet are a must as are many of the historic castles that guard the river leading through to Tortosa
Tortosa is a city,a sort of town sized city, it is home to a university, a castle, a daily and weekly market offering all the local produce available in the area. 3 supermarkets, various banks, a selection of local and foreign restaurants, fashionable shops and even an 'Irish bar' can be found, all within close walking distance. |

| The Finca is situated about 1 mile outside the village of Bitem and about 4 miles from the main town of Tortosa in the south of Catalonia and is in an ideal position for exploring the River Ebro and Ebro valley. |
