Our recently refurbished and renovated guesthouse is a Mediterranean - style villa situated high on the slopes of Signal Hill. You will love the fabulous views over the Atlantic Ocean whilst enjoying complimentary sundowner drinks from our viewing deck.
Relax in the plunge pool while you sip on your glass of South African wine.
Our Continental or English breakfasts are a feast. On pleasant Cape mornings, enjoy being served from the patio overlooking the sea. And in season, if luck prevails, spot a whale or two.

The guesthouse has a classical ambience. Each of our 6 tastefully decorated bedrooms all have chic en-suite bathrooms and private patios. Two of the larger suites can include double and single beds if required. Let us pamper you!

We are central to all the tourist attractions Cape Town has to offer. The pristine beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay, Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, City Centre and the Cableway to famous Table Mountain are a mere 10 minutes drive away. The city's best restaurants, gyms, golf courses, night clubs and steambaths are all within easy reach.The Seapoint promenade is a short 4 minute stroll away. With our personalised service, we are happy to spend some time with you to plan your itinerary and organise tours and trips.

Directions

From N1 to city follow Eastern Boulevard to end of motorway. Go through 3 intersections, right at 4th intersection with Buitengracht St. and Strand St. Pass 2 sets of traffic lights. Strand Street becomes High Level Rd. Pass 3rd set of traffic lights at Glengariff Rd.Pass Seapoint Primary school on left, turn left into Upper Rhine Rd, 1st right into Calais Rd. Park near Mount Nelson Steps. Walk down steps to guesthouse on left.
