We are just five minutes walk from the wonderful heritage towns of Ballina/Killaloe and just 100 yards from the river Shannon and Lough Derg.

Things To Do

Area is renowned for water sports: fishing, sailing, boating. It also has a number of beautiful walking trails. Take a boat trip on one of the tourist boats such as the Spirit of Killaloe, or hire a boat for your own trip on the lake. It is an area of rich historical heritage, with ancient churches and a heritage center. It is just 14 miles from Limerick city with its rich and varied historical treasures.

		Room Number 1 Double room with ensuite bathroom with shower. Overlooks the front of the property with views of the River.	Room Rate 35 euro per person sharing including breakfast.


		Room Number 2 Double or twin room containing one double bed and also one single bed. Ensuite with shower. Also overlooks the front garden of the house.	Room Rate 35 euro per person sharing including breakfast


		Room Number 3 Double room with full ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. Overlooks the extensive gardens to the rear of the property.	Room Rate 35 euro per person sharing including breakfast. 45 euro for a single occupation


		Room Number 4 Very large family room with one double bed and two single beds. Ensuite with shower, has tea/coffee making facilities and TV. Room overlooks extensive rear and side garden.	Room Rate 35 euro per person sharing. Family rate for two adults and two children under 12 is 100 euro including breakfast.

Directions

From Limerick take N7 for Dublin, ten miles from Limerick you will pass through the village of Birdhill. Take the next left for Ballina/Killaloe. Travel for 2 miles and you will reach the 60 km speed limit sign at the edge of the village. We are a further 200 yards on the right.
