| Relax and eavesdrop on nature at Deer Creek Inn Bed and Breakfast in California Gold Country. Deer Creek Inn is a historical 1860 Queen Anne Victorian with a comfortable creek side setting just footsteps from downtown Nevada City. In addition to our three-course gourmet breakfast, offer out on the deck by the creek or in the dinning room with candlelights, we offer creek side fishing, several romantic packages and a “Taste of local County” wines from 5:00 to 6:00 every day.
We have one room with a king-size bed and five rooms with queen-size beds. Our six rooms, which all have private baths, have amenities that include private patios or balconies, numerous antiques, claw-foot tubs, four–poster or canopy beds, TV and wireless Internet to mention a few.
We are also excited that for 2006, the Union readers of Nevada County voted Deer Creek Inn as the best Bed and Breakfast in Nevada County. Directions
|
| From the south take interstate 80 to highway 49 at Auburn. Stay on highway 49 for about 30 miles. Take the Broad Street turn off in Nevada City. Turn right off the freeway for about 60 yards and then turn left at the stop sign onto Nevada Street. We are the first building on the right.
From the north take interstate 80 to highway 20. Stay on highway 20 for about 40 miles until you reach Nevada City. Take Coyote street turn off. Turn left on Coyote street for about 200 yards until you get to Broad Street where you will turn left. Follow Broad Street over the freeway for about 100 yards and then turn left at the stop sign onto Nevada Street. We are the first building on the right.
From the west take highway 20 all the way Nevada City. In Grass Valley, highway 20 merges with highway 49. Turn right off the freeway for about 60 yards and then turn left at the stop sign onto Nevada Street. We are the first building on the right.
