The house has many original features, and you can expect a personal welcome from the owners. The rooms, many of which are ensuite, are cosy and comfortable, with TV, central heating, hospitality tray. Breakfast is a choice from full Scottish, Vegetarian or light Continental. There is also a private car park for guest use. |

| If coming from the motorway or Airport, join the city bypass going South, exit at Lothianburn Junction onto A702 into the city centre for approximately 3 miles. At the Kings Theatre turn left onto Gilmore Place, straight over the next set of traffic lights, and in 200 yards our guest house is on the right. |
