Things To Do

South Canterbury is host to ski fields and is the gateway to the southern lake district. Mount Cook, New Zealand's hightest mountain is only a 2 1/2 hour drive from Temuka/Timaru. There are numerous golf courses and salmon and trout fishing is almost at your backdoor.
