Our modern smokefree home is ideally situated for visitors to Christchurch.Just 10 minutes from the Airport & 15-20 from the central city,plus close to all major highways.We offer high quality 4 Star accomodation within the city boundary.Our rates range from NZ $125 (Twin/sgl)NZ $145 (Queen) to NZ $170 for a lovely big room with king bed.You can have either a cooked or continental breakfast(both if you wish)We moved from the UK to NZ in 1986 and simply love our lifestyle.Our small farmlet has Cattle,Sheep,Hens,a farm cat & Labrador dog.Restaurants,shops & bars are just 3-5 mins away.We look forward to meeting you soon and getting to know you over a glass of wine,beer or cup of coffee.

		The Gardens Room This large bright spacious room overlooks our front gardens & stock yard areas.It has a King size bed,two easy chairs,TV,Tea/Coffee facilities and ensuite bathroom.By arrangment a childs single bed can also be added.Please give your childs age to assist us with our quote.	Room Rate Our room rates vary from NZ $100 to NZ $170. please ask for a quote


		The Pines Room This is a Twin room with two single beds.It has views towards the south & the suburb of Templeton in the far distance.The Pines & Stables rooms share an adjacent bathroom on the landing which is kept private to just one family/group at a time.Tea/Coffee are available on the landing.	Room Rate Our Rates vary from NZ $100 single.NZ $125-$170 double please ask for a quote


		The Stables Room This lovely room has a Queen Bed,TV & a delightfull view out towards the front of our property & stables.The Stables & Pines rooms share an adjacent bathroom on the landing which is kept private to just one family/party at a time.Tea/Coffee are available on the landing.	Room Rate Our rates vary from NZ $100 single to NZ $125-$170.double please ask for a quote

Directions

From the Airport & the North follow SH 1 South until you get to a major intersection & Shopping Mall called the Hornby Hub.Turn right (SH1).Drive 3 minutes.On your right side you will first see a John Deere Tractor sales Just past there another tractor sales called"Norwoods" on the Corner.Thats our road.Go right then straight ahead for 250m we are the first property on the left.If coming from the South(say Queenstown) we are the first left turn after the Large CHRISTCHURCH sign as you enter the city boundary.
