Built by the Ballantine family circa 1805 The Elms is a substantial house set in 1/2 an acre of gardens located next to the gates to Floors Castle.
The Floors suite of rooms has a sitting room and bedroom with four poster bed accompanied by a luxury bathroom. Both principal rooms have views of the castle gates, the river and the distant hills. Two further bedrooms (a double and a twin) share a bathroom. We have a wonderful dining room, mature gardens and two labradors to take you for walks. We have private parking and are located around a 5 min walk from the town centre should you wish to leave your car behind. Ideally suited for fishers, cyclists, golfers, walkers and dogs. Prices from £30.00 per person per night
