Property Description

 
A beautiful georgian home, built in 1804, and formerly owned by Francis Shand-Kydd, mother of the late Diana, Princess of Wales. We are on the edge of the historic and pretty village of Falkland and the house is set in an acre of stunning walled garden.

We have three delightful bedrooms, a double en-suite, a twin en-suite (Diana's Room) and a twin ith private bathroom. Guests have use of an elegant drawing room and breakfast is served in the conservatory with outstanding views over the Palace and the village.

Breakfast is fresh and delicious, and we use only locally sourced prime produce. We cater for vegans and vegetarians as well as meat-eaters!

Directions

From the M90 take junction 2a for Kirkaldy and Glenrothes. Continue on A92 5 miles past Glenrothes and turn 1st left at the New Inn roundabout. After 2 mile and just before entering the village, take a left at the sign for Ladywell House and we are 100 yards on the right through black gates.
