The house is set in three acres of gardens and woodland and is within easy reach of the A9 (Perth to Inverness) and A93 (Perth to Braemar and Aberdeen).
The bedrooms are all en-suite with baths and power showers and the guests' sitting room has large picture windows with beautiful views over the gardens to the north.
Ideally situated for touring the Central Highlands; Royal Deeside, Glamis Castle, St Andrew's and the East Neuk of Fife, Loch Lomond, the Trossachs and Loch Tayside are all within an easy return day's trip.
