| Paul, Sandy and our two friendly dogs welcome you to our moden rural home a separate studio unit with gardens and a museum, all on two acres.
The separate wing of our home has two bedrooms, quality queen bed and twin rooms.Each feature TV, alarm clock and radio.there are stunning views of gardens, farm land and sea. Your own large bathroom with spa bath large shower and separate toilet. The decks face north and south so relax with a wine or enjoy breakfast and listen to the native birds.
The gym and pool table room are for your pleasure.
The studio unit has a queen and single bunk beds. en-suite separate toilet, fully furnished, all linen and a private BBQ aria. Take a walk in the theme gardens, browse through the museum, take a ride in a vintage car or stroll 800meters to the unspoiled sandy beach. |

| We are 10 minutes to restaruants, golf club, jet boating , 4 W/D, horse trekking, boating, helicopter and kiwifruit tours.
With in this region you will find Paengeroa, a tourist haven, Maketu this deep historic root with some of the first maori to arrive in N.Z. Mount Manganui has surfing. Tauranga or Whakatane. you can fly or go by boat and visit White Island the offshore live volcano. and Rotorua is full of Maori culture |
