This historic building has a range of restaurants, shops & other amenities within easy walking distance, but is still within easy reach of all the spectacular scenery & wildlife that Mull has to offer. Most of our apartments are graded 4 star or above & are very well equipped with DVD, CD, Freeview, dishwashers, washing machines etc.

| Mull is a nature enthusiasts paradise! one of the best places in Europe to spot golden eagles, sea (white tailed) eagles (hide to view fledglings at the nest), osprey, puffins, kittiewakes & many many other birds. We have otters, red & fallow deer, wild goats. Rare butterflies - marsh frittilary - & many more. Boat trips from Tobermory search for whale, dolphins, porpoises & other marine life. Visit the island of Staffa, famous for Fingals cave, its basalt columns & its incredibly tame puffins. Our spectacular & varied coastline gives changing vistas around every corner. Calgary Beach has white sand & safe bathing. You could also visit the isle of Iona - home to Iona Abby. We also have a number of venues selling locally made arts & crafts, a range of restaurants selling quality food based on local ingredients. |

Directions

| Turn right leaving the ferry & continue on this road until you reach Tobermory. At the roundabout bear right down the hill - sign posted to Main Street. As you come down the hill you will see the brightly coloured buildings laid out before you. Look to the far end - Portmore Place is the red building, with the Mishnish Hotel (painted black) alongside. |
