And the Mountains of Mourne, ensuring a stress-free, relaxing break where you can unwind, while still only twenty five minutes drive from the bustle of Belfast.
1. Dovedale & The Loft cottages won the Northern Ireland Tourist Board 25th Anniversary Award for Best Self Catering Cottages for 2002 & 2003 both are 5 Star units.
2. Both Dovedale & The Loft cottages were highly commended in 2003 & 2004 by the Northern Ireland Tourist Board awards for best Self Catering Cottages category.
3. Golfkeel cottages Dovedale & The Loft also won the Rural Tourism Award for 2004 from the Irish Farmers Journal & Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs for best run Self-Catering Holiday Category Ulster Winner.
4. Both Dovedale & The Loft won the Northern Ireland Tourist Board 27th Anniversary Award for Best Self Catering Cottages for 2004 & 2005 both are 5 Star units.

Added to the Golfkeel complex in January 2006
This is a brand new cottage which has been fully renovated from a former stone hen house and stable into a three bedroom self-catering cottage and all rooms are en-suite and finished to NITB 5 Star Status and also with Cat 1.
A play room has also been built with-in this unit to keep visiting children content and amused which can also be converted into a nursery if required.
There is also a full kitchen, and a large lounge area and still built into the walls is the old stable units where the horses were tied to this still remains as a feature to the previous live of this old building.
Oatfield Cottage & is wheelchair friendly with Category 1 Status in the National Accessible Scheme for wheelchair users and others with mobility problems.
Parking is also available for six cars and the gardens cover over one third of a acre so there is plenty of room for the kids to play in safety and a large patio is located at the side of the house for the BBQ
