| The Jays Guest House is a traditionally built detached granite dwelling, with authentic lead stained glass foyer and staircase, which provides an attractive feature.
It's good to find a home from home in a strange town....
This is especially true if that home can offer you a warm and friendly welcome time after time. It is well situated for both business and leisure purposes, as it is located near the city centre and the sea beach leisure complex.
After a day of full activity, guests can return to the friendly atmosphere of a family owned guest house with unsurpassed facilities. The ten recently refurbished bedroom have either en-suite (8) or private (2) facilites. The Jays has a total Non-Smoking policy. There is a private car park situated at the rear of the property and complimentary WiFi internet connection is also provided.
Alice & George Jennings have welcomed guests to The Jays for past 24 years and they now look forward to meeting and welcoming you.
The Jays is the only guest house in Aberdeen to have been awarded 4 stars from both the Tourist Board and the Automobile Association.
The Jays was Highly Commended in the Visitor Experience Category of the Northern Lights Tourism Awards 2003.
Alice was voted one of the Top 20 finalists in the "Landlady of the Year" competition with the AA for 1996 and 1997 which involved 3,500 competitors.
The Jays is the only guest house in Aberdeen that is recommended by Frommers and Foders, both US Guides to Great Britain
