From Grantown-on-Spey High Street turn left or right at traffic lights; depending on approach direction - sign posted A939 Tomintoul. At first crossroads past garage take a right turn into Woodside Avenue, Kinross House is located about half way down on the left hand side, approximately 100 metres.
