The bungalow sleeps up to 4 persons in 2 bedrooms, one double with en-suite shower room and one bedroom with two single beds. both rooms have buit in wardrobes, there is a family bathroom with over bath shower. a comfortable lounge with freeview TV. DVD. CD player and a music center. Two comforable setees and two leather recliners. The Kitchen is well equiped with fridge, washing machine, microwave oven and full cooker, all heating & lighting is included in the price .We also supply a welcome pack of Orkney foods and drink included in the price. check out is Saturday by 10 :00 am and check in from 1 pm Saturday or by arrangement
Charges vary from £150.00 to £400.00 weekly all inclusve

Things To Do

Orkney has more histoic site per square mile than anywhere else in Europe. The Skara Brae site is older than the pyramids! even the Maeshow burial mound even has Graffiti done by the Vikings , we have some very good restaurants and have two distileries and a couple of breweries makeing some excelent drinks ,we also have a winemaker making local wines. Localy made foods are abundant, Bere Bannocks Smoked foods and cheeses all made on the islands Orkney has excelent walking and birdwatching The R S P B has many sites Diving on the German high seas fleet in Scapa Flow is popular witout getting wet . There is air and sea services to all the inhabited islands in the group. and a vehicle is reccommended bringing your own or hiring localy

Directions

Roselea can be found in Kirkwall not to far from the Highland Park Distillery to the west of the historic town of Krkwall.on Royal Oak Road off the Holm Road. We usualy meet our guests on the road to town from the ports of Stromness (Scrabster / Thurso) or St Margarets Hope leaving from Gills Bay / John o' Groats or we will meet you at the airport .We also meet the Shetland / Aberdeen ferry at Hatston Pier , arriving at 11: 15 pm contact us on robert.lowe99@ntlworld.com
