Property Description

 
Possum Valley is a highland rainforest property with World Heritage rainforest on 2 sides. There are 2 self-contained timber cottages on 63 Hectares, with 3 dams, many creeks, walking tracks. Wildlife includes possums, platypus, tree kangaroos, paddymelons (they are furry and hop), many birds, snakes (but nice friendly ones, honest).
The cottages are timber lined and family friendly. Fully equiped kitchen and 3 or 4 bedroom. Linen and towels provided.

One cottage has 3 bedrooms with 2 dbl, 2 single. One cottage has 4 bedrooms with 1 queen, 1 dbl, 2 single and 2 bunk beds. So 1 cottage sleeps 6, the other 8. 		Room Rate
A cottage is A$ 75 for the first 2 adults. Extra adults A$ 5, kids A$ 2.50.

Directions

Go south from Atherton 25 kms on the Kennedy Highway (hwy 1). There is a well marked turn-off to the right marked "Ravenshoe via Tumoulin". My driveway is directally opposite on the left. There are signs for Possum Valley at the junction.
