Things To Do

| Swimming, canoe-kayaks on the river, water-skiing, karting, fishing, walking, nature trails, cycling, tennis, ping-pong, mini-golf, 18-hole golf courses, horse-riding, local markets selling fresh produce, football, volleyball, children's park and paddling pool. For those who enjoy fishing, the Vienne river has a plentiful supply of carp, bream, roach, perch, pike, and sandre pike/perch. Lake Persac is also nearby.
There are also museums, castles, churches/abbeys/
monuments, gardens, aquariums and many other places to visit and enjoy.
You may also like to visit the Motor Racing Circuit at Le Vigeant where there are various meetings and events throughout the year. |

Directions

| BY ROAD: From the North: Take the A10 to Poitiers. Then follow signs for Limoges on the N147. Once you reach Lussac les Chateaux, turn right onto D11 (signed for L'Isle Jourdain). Pass through Persac and follow signs for Moussac.
From the South: Follow signs for Poitiers on the N147. Turn left at Bussiere Poitevine onto the D151. Follow the road to the end. Turn left onto the D729 and follow signs for L'Isle Jourdain. From the centre of L'Isle Jourdain turn right onto the D11 signed for Lussac les Chateaux. Turn left onto the D111 signposted Moussac.
